The minimum quantity guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete. After inserting and sending a selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable and can only be changed before the start of the race. If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, please contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the image). The order may be reprocessed up to 7 days after the event

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days before the event by emailing sac@fotop.com.br. After this deadline, it will not be possible to cancel. If the package does not reach the minimum quantity of 10 photos, you can request a refund within 30 days after the event, also by emailing sac@fotop.com.br. Orders submitted after this period will not be accepted. Cancellation and refund will be processed within 30 days after the request, using the same payment method as the order. Refund valid only if you participate in all 4 (four) days of the SERT?O DIAMANTE 2026 trial and do not reach the number of 30 photos. There will be no refund if you do not participate for all 4 (four) days and do not reach the total number of 30 photos.
